Description & specifications

The Victory Q5 comes with mechanical rotary switches, making this range one of our most reliable models. Designed, assembled, and certified in Canada for long lasting, problem free service. We offer a 5 year parts warranty on this model.

This model can be used with a standard 6" duct (600CFM) or an 8" duct (750CFM) for a quieter and more efficient operation. Air discharge direction is top vented but we also offer a back vent option for direct rear exhaust.

Most insert range hoods are shallow and don't cover your cooktop effectively, but we designed the Victory Q5 19" deep for efficiency and effective coverage over your burners.

Beautiful Insert

I looked around for a very long time for a well built range hood insert. I really didn't want the trouble of installing a cheap one and then having it break since it's a huge hassle to install a new one especially if it has different dimensions. There are lots on Amazon that were "promising" 1,000+ cfm but run off a small fan are going through a 6" air duct and the company selling the product didn't even have a website or physical location. I was quite happy when I found Victory Range Hoods were located in Canada and actually have a physical location with employees. So far I'm very happy with my range hood. I purchased the 8" duct upgrade to get 750 cfm. It is quiet and extremely powerful. I like the simple knobs and that the lights dim. My only complaint is that the metal handles on the filters do not match the main picture for the Q5 on the website. However, it still looks beautiful and I would purchase it again.

Canadian Made with assured Quality

Standard range hoods didn’t seem a good fit for my centurian home. Looking for an insert, I realized most big box store range hoods only offer a one year warranty, even when spending serious coin and DB range still poor! Googling Canadian made I found this company. Reviews looked good. I had to change shipping address to hubby’s in town work address once I realized who they shipped through, living in a very rural area with some challenges in shipping companies. No problem, change went smoothly and delivered as promised. Installation instructions were great, from viewpoint of an experienced DIY’er anyway. It’s quiet too, even my hubby is willing to use it when cooking, and will turn it higher if necessary. That’s a win all around.

great hood, but not easy to switch it from a back vent to a top vent due to design. other range hoods require a simple panel switch to achieve this.
