It all started with a visionary, Vlad Tanushev. Originally from Bulgaria, a passionate entrepreneur with an engineering mindset looking for perfection. Vlad and his wife loved the art of cooking but were constantly frustrated by the smoke, grease, and odors that filled their kitchen.

Determined to find a solution, he embarked on a journey to create the perfect range hood – one that combined powerful ventilation, sleek design, and whisper-quiet operation. He envisioned a range hood that would not only clear the air efficiently but also enhance the kitchen's aesthetic appeal. In 2007, Victory Range Hoods was born in Vlad's basement suite, driven by his commitment to innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Our Innovation

From the beginning, Victory Range Hoods set itself apart with groundbreaking innovations and sleek designs. At the very start, Vlad worked 80 hour weeks, alone, doing every task imaginable - from managing the website, 3D design, smoke and blower tests, material tests, warehousing, locating parts suppliers, to name a few. Back in 2007, it truly began as a one man show operation. Just a few years later, Vlad assembled a team of talented assemblers, engineers and designers who shared his passion for excellence. Together, they developed advanced suction technology that ensured maximum airflow with minimal noise. The team experimented with various blowers, filters, and materials. High-grade (304) stainless steel was chosen as the main material for its durability and elegant appearance. Many prototypes were scrapped and did not make it to market. Only a few of the best designs were introduced.

Vlad did not stop there. Understanding the importance of convenience, he introduced easy to install hoods, easy to use and reliable mechanical switches, user-friendly features like Bluetooth controlled hoods, energy-efficient LED lighting, and dishwasher-safe filters.

Each range hood was meticulously crafted, combining state-of-the-art ventilation technology with timeless design.
