Je suis très satisfaite de notre nouvelle hotte Victory Range pour son apparence très professionnelle et épurée, sa simplicité deux boutons pas d’électronique. Elle fonctionne aussi maintenant très bien suivant un petit enjeu de bruit au début. Nous avons été bien accompagnés par le service client.

Our new kitchen cabinets are being installed September 17th. Quarts Countertops and backsplash won’t arrive til mid October. Will install our new hood as soon as backsplash is complete.

Replaced a Samsung microwave range hood with the Victory Luna. It was a reasonably smooth transition and the Luna performs really well. The Luna easily pulls fumes and vapors at the fraction the noise. And the buttons are satisfying to push. Fast delivery too.

Excellent workmanship and design.

My 1949 Seattle home had a small original kitchen so we removed a wall and installed the white flush mount range hood where the dining area was previously. An island will be added later with an induction cooktop which the hood will vent.

While the original ceiling joist direction runs 90 degrees to the range hood, we needed to use Simpson Strong Tie 2x6 joist hangers when the wall was removed so we used 4 more to create a 2x6 box around the range hood so it could be installed flush. The effect was definitely worth it given the relatively low ceiling height.

The electricians who replaced the knob-and-tube finished installing it today. To support the 4 fan speeds and dimmable LEDs, it uses two 14/3 Romex bundles so it took longer to install. Make sure to let your electricians know about that early since mine overlooked that as part of a big rewire and had to fish new 14/3 wires through. (I did put out the manual but they had a lot of rough electrical work to do.)

The only thing that could be improved is for the knob for the wall plate to have a semi-circle recess on the inside so it doesn't rely solely on the tiny allen key screw to hold it in place.

Very well made, quiet, solid. I bought this because it is Canadian and I am not disappointed.

The new switch solved my problem. Too bad the original switch malfunctioned less than a year after it was installed.

Just did a complete kitchen reno. I looked at a lot of range hoods, most had electronics. I chose this one for noise level and simplicity, it works very well. Extremely happy with noise level, function, and lighting. Fit and finish is top notch. Highly recommend this as a new component in a new build or reno!

Product works as advertised. We used it as an in-cabinret extractor on the advise of our kitchen contractor. The managed to fit it perfectly within the new above range cabinet. Shipping was very prompt.

Does superb job of keeping cooking odours from lingering in the house. Really well designed in terms of clean up. Highly recommend product.

We are so happy with our 27 inch 600 CFM range hood insert Victory Q1. The light is nice and bright. The fan is quiet and actually does the job unlike our previous microwave combo. We received a prompt replacement fan filter screen, no questions asked for a very minor non visible defect. The best news for us was that we could purchase a Canadian made quality product! We would highly recommend!

Awesome device

I purchased, installed, and have used this hood for about 3 months now. I would rate the quality of the product as very high. There are some visible spot welds that I am not too fond of, but I am very impressed with the rotary controls, and overall most of the design quality.

I does a tremendous job of evacuating air, smells, grease etc.

My only real complaint was during install. The plastic transition piece for the 6" duct was not sized properly for the duct. The duct would not fit in the piece without some jerry rigging on my end. Not a huge deal at the end of the day, but I recommend Victory to increase the inner diameter of the plastic part that accepts the metal duct.

I would purchase again.
