Screen was shown held in with screws. That is good as you can remove the screen easily as it can drip grease. My unit arrived held in with pop rivets, not so good. Also wish it was offered in 316 marine grade stainless steel.
Both the quality of this engineering that went into the design of this product as well as the craftsmanship / workmanship afforded to the materials composition and its physical construction is so much better that all of the other offerings that I researched prior to making the purchase.
Sadly, although I took delivery of this product in upwards of ( 63 ) or so days ago, I still have yet to install it ( many ongoing projects left to finish first ). So, I am unable to provide a cogent response at this time to your survey with regard to the aspects of its functionality. I will hopefully be able to have it installed and operational prior to this winter season.
Lastly, with regard to the warranty offered by Victory, there is absolutely no comparison in the marketplace, which speaks volumes to me as a customer of Victory as to the confidence of this product offering as well as the surety of its design. I have every faith at this point ( prior to its installation ) that it will perform as intended without issue.
I spent a long time researching hoods and this was the right pick! Exactly as described and pictured.
We installed this fan over our island cooktop as part of a kitchen renovation. This fan is beautiful and powerful. The integrated lights are useful and bright. We would definitely choose Victory fans again for our next renovation.
The cover is great, but what was even better was the amazing customer service I got to help me measure for it. I have an angled ceiling, and was confused on how to measure. The person I spoke to, worked with me on the measurements, then WENT TO THE SHOP WHERE IT WOUKD BE MADE, and confirmed that we were ordering the right length. He was so patient and made sure I was getting what I needed.
Excellent product, easy to install, good quality. Coupled with the 30-inch Luna 600CFM model. Works fine, we love it.

The hood has performed beyond expectations.
This vent hood sparked a whole kitchen renovation. I used to complain about cooking fish inside because the smell would last for days with this band hood. It lasts for minutes. The suction is incredible and it’s easy to clean. I would highly recommend this product.

I primed and sprayed my roof exhaust vent black . I do not know why these products are not available retail in Ontario. I am grateful I found Victory when searching for a 8 inch exhaust hood

I’m very happy with this hood vent. The external venting works extremely well, removing cooking odors, smoke, and steam efficiently. One of the best features is how quiet it is—there is very little noise inside the house, even when it’s running at higher speeds. The sound is mostly directed outside, making the kitchen much more comfortable during cooking. Overall, it’s powerful, efficient, and surprisingly quiet. I would definitely recommend it.
Everything worked fine, very good pre-sales support, so good I didn’t need post-sales support !!! It was a DIY project. 👍

Great experience! Arrived quick and was well packed. Installation was easy enough and the product appears well built and I hope to use it for a long time. The light was a nice color and not too white or yellow, and the 650CFM seems enough for my cooking.
