Sheridan is the Office Manager at Victory Range Hoods. She will be happy to assist with finding
out the status of your order, and she is also well-versed in all VICTORY products. Sheridan has been with
the company since 2020 and has quickly become an expert in this field. Her efforts have increased order
detail accuracy, and have led to increased efficiency with shipping orders. In her spare time, she is also an expert at Pokémon GO!

Rady | SALES MANAGER
Rady helps with overseeing the sales team and connecting with new and existing clients. People are his passion. In addition to managing sales, Rady assists with the production of VICTORY's instructional videos. When he is not busy tending to sales and order-related inquiries, he has his hands tied with some of the local film productions as an actor. Maybe that's why you think he looks familiar!

Vlad | PRESIDENT
Vlad founded the company in 2007 when he couldn't find a good quality range hood at a fair price. He never looked back. Vlad is passionate about creating products that last. His #1 priority at VICTORY is to ensure that all products shipping out the doors are top-quality. On days off, Vlad enjoys kitesurfing, time with family and perhaps a quick cruise around the city on his hot-red motorcycle.

His attention to detail and team-leadership skills help VICTORY achieve a stunning visual look and feel. Patrick's enthusiasm for the work and relationships he nourishes is infectious. He's actively involved in community sports and he loves sharing culinary delights with the staff at VICTORY (we love it too!)
