It is such a relief to actually get what you pay for. Being that these are Canadian made products is another huge plus and point of pride. I spent more on the range hood than I ever imagined but I am very happy that I did. The packaging was so well done and so secure, it took me 20 minutes to unpack it and it was in absolutely pristine condition. The service staff made my chimney cover perfectly. It look amazing. The option of having the motor mounted on its side is invaluable. Hiccups along the way were dealt with easily and promptly. I do wish the lights were LED instead of halogen but it is truly a minor details. The only obstacle I had was learning about the company. It was only by chance that I found it online. Step-up the awareness, Victory! People need to know about your products.
