Fast shipping and customer service
My previous range hood was very loud even at the lowest setting. This one is more silent even at the highest setting, and whisper quiet at the lowest setting, while still providing useful ventilation. It's esthetically pleasing, the buttons have nice tactile feel, and the light is neither too bright nor too dim. Smudged easily but I don't expect others are any better. Smooth delivery process. Very happy with this purchase.

Screws onto the shaft weren’t tightened to the motor. Wasn’t operating when electrician installed. Had to take the unit apart and access. Not impressed with the assembly of the insert.

Please rest assured that all items shipping out of our facility pass 3 quality checks. Sometimes, shock from the items being dropped in shipping can result in set screws coming loose. It is important to test the unit before installation.
