Use a paper towel and stainless steel cleaner to wipe in the same direction as the polish lines. Dry immediatly after, again making sure to wipe in the direction of the polish lines.
Stainless steel baffle filters are dishwasher safe and can be cleaned by putting them in your dishwasher. If you have aluminum mesh filters, we recommend not putting them in the dishwasher and instead, clean them with warm water and soap. We recommend cleaning your baffle or aluminum mesh filters every 2-4 weeks. If you cook with a lot of oils or spices and/or produce a lot of smoke, you may need to clean your filters more often. Stainless steel baffle filters do not need to be replaced. If you have aluminum mesh filters, you may need to replace them after 2-3 years of use if not properly cleaned. We recommend charcoal filters get replaced every 3-6 months.
