We have a cooktop in a kitchen island and a standard ceiling height. We didn't want a vent hood hanging down in the room. The Victory flush mount hood fit perfectly and is working out great. This is a very well designed and well-built vent hood. We're very impressed with the product and installation manual as well. It's very thorough and detailed with graphics and text that actually make sense and are easy to follow. The best documentation/manual I've seen in a very long time. Thank you Victory for a well thought-out and quality made product!

One of the harder items to procure for my recent reno was an effective, powerful yet stylish FLUSH mounted range hood. Victory not only offered this but were exceptional as a support medium. I have seen many installation guides in my time but this one removed all obstacles. When I did have questions they were there to help. The range hood itself is working perfectly and has no issue doing what is was designed to do. All I can say is you get what you pay for so I am a very contented customer.

So far I'm very happy with my Sunset range hood. It looks and performs beautifully. It is just a few weeks old, so I'm planning an update in a year time but based on my experience so far I wholeheartedly recommend the product and the company.
All interractions with their salespeople were easy, informative and handeled in a timely manner. After hours and on weekends they have a very responsive chatbot option.

Prior to my purchase I was told by a customer service rep that the lighting system would be natural daylight adjustable that is not the case. It is only available in the amber color. I was also told Around the light finish trim could be in a black finish That also is not the case it is chrome/satin nickel
So the $1800 Ventilation system in the middle of my new kitchen does not match lighting or my hardware. This might not be a big deal for a lot of other people, but it is for me, especially when I’m spending that type of money for an exhaust hood. As far as operation is concerned, it works excellent.

Excellent quality hood! We looked at other brand ceiling hoods and none would fit between joists. They would have required building a box to hang the hood below the ceiling. Then I found the Victory Sunset, which is designed to fit between the joists in the ceiling. This was perfect for above our stove in an island, and replaces an old downdraft vent built into the stove (which we are replacing). We installed it in the kitchen ceiling with the side vent going 4 feet out between floors. The hood has a metal panel at the top which can be removed so we could reach up and connect the duct to the hood. I did not know this until the hood arrived, and was very happy about it because it meant I did not need to open a larger ceiling area to connect the duct. Victory should describe this access panel on the website description and in the installation instructions! I would have purchased the hood even more quickly if I had known about it. Two days after installation we are very happy with the white Sunset hood! I definitely recommend the Victory Sunset.

The sleekness is impressive!! I have gotten so many complements since it was installed three weeks ago. The lights are such a huge help while cooking. Thank you victory for making such a great product!

We absolutely love our ceiling mount fan. We actually had an issue with the glass cover when installed by our contractor. The magnets are so string that he accidentally cracked the plate cover installing it. I wrote to victory and they immediately sent a new one.
I think a fix for that would be some type of brace magnet in the middle. This would prevent any flexing of the glass. But the.fam is sharp looking . We had to drop it 8 inches to code but it looks great and it very powerful. When turning it on, it has 4 speeds the first you can barely hear. The rest you can definitely hear when on but they are not nearly as loud as our previous fan.
It arrived well packaged and you can see and feel that quality matters. Was a little complicated to hook up and definitely should be installed by a professional.
I highly recommend this product.
