Installed today. Already excited about the look and performance of this fan which replaced one with half of the power. Install was a bit time consuming but that had more to do with the old fan being hardwired and needing to wire an outlet box within the cabinet.

I just installed the hood, which appears to be well-built and has strong suction power. Good buy.

We conducted an extensive search and reviewed countless ratings by comparing many other range hoods on today’s market before deciding to purchase a Victory under cabinet range hood. We were very pleased with both the service we received and we felt very comfortable in our purchase having been referred to Victory by 2 friends who also had purchased through Victory.
Impressed by the overall quality and performance.

Bought this during the black friday sale for a great price. Install was straightforward and the hood looks really well built. Much more powerful than the typical hood sold at box stores, so far so good!

Pros:
The range hood is beautiful, with thick metal construction and rolled edges. There is not a single sharp edge even within the interior of the hood. I opted for the push-button model and the stainless steel is uniform in colour and sheen throughout.

The LED pot lights, while not emitting light over the backsplash, gives a strong, focused light onto the cooktop.

The dual fans on their lowest setting pushes the same amount of air as my old range hood at a fraction of the fan noise! Plus, the tone of the new fans is lower and less grating. It's great being able to have a conversation in the kitchen without shouting.

Cons:
DIY installation was extremely difficult for several reasons, even with three people.

First, the fans are placed further back than most range hoods so they obstruct the view of the back screw holes and give you very little room to drill and screw in. There is barely enough room to squeeze a medium-sized hand in the gap, let along a power drill. I used a 3" socket extension bar and a 7/64" hex shank drill bit to drill the pilot holes with a power drill while lying flat on my back. I then hand tightened the screws blindly for a few turns and finished off with a driver bit on a 3" extension on the power drill.

Second, the keyhole mounting holes are on the front left and the rear right of the hood, which means slipping the hood on the screws is more awkward than if both keyhole slots were in the rear or the front (albeit it's a more stable configuration).

Third, the kit does not come with the necessary wood screws or (optional) washers for installing under the cabinet. The kit came with drywall anchors and screws. I also wish the kit came with a mounting hole template.

Fourth, the protective film on the filters was incredible difficult to remove. Some film has remained around the latches, which I plan to address after I find a set of plastic tweezers and a spare hour to pick at them.

When I called Victory for installation tips, the representative was polite and friendly, and offered the names and phone #s of two nearby professional installers. However, they promised a technician would email me in an hour and I never received a response.

I love this range hood! It is super powerful and looks great in my kitchen. Love the rounded corners so much easier on the noggin if I accidentally hit my head on it.

Was looking to replace an under the cabinet hood fan and the dimensions of the Luna fit the bill. The unit is solid and good looking but you will definitely need at least 2 people to lift it to install. Was looking forward to a quieter fan, and the first level is quiet but the second level and third level gets louder than expected.
Overall happy with the purchase.

Bought this to replace a closely-priced OTR which barely did it's job of exhausting fumes. Installation was straightforward, however a template to screw holes would have done wonders. Took me about 15 minutes to get everything up and running. I purchased the touch screen version. Simple durable construction - Highly recommended!

The fan looks great and went in without a hitch! Looking forward to many years of great fumes and smoke leaving the kitchen!
