This victory Elegant the workmanship it's not as good as my last one I got three years ago, the bulfle filters do not fit properly, and I did not get the chimney that comes with the unit it was missing.
I'm not impressed, looking forward to your immediate action.

Fan is great. Had problem putting 6 inch duct pipe into gasket of fan ( perhaps I had too heavy a gage. It was a real struggle to get protective film of of the chimney and grates. A hairdrier made it easier but still a pain.

Lowest fan setting is dead silent. Was a great upgrade. Baffle filters easier to clean than the mesh ones.

This range hood is built solid with replaceable parts. It's such a great addition to our renovated Kitchen. So happy we bought a Canadian made hood instead of the cheaply constructed ones at Lowes or Home depot

When we first found the Victory - Elegant, 600 CFM, 30 inch Wall Mount range we were excited that it was Canadian-made! Then it came, and we got to see and feel the quality with its robust design, and heavy gauge stainless steel. The simplicity of the two knobs really appealed to us -- no crazy digital display that can fail over time. The most important feature, that we have been enjoying these past eight months, is how well it vents the steam and cooking odors. And its quieter than any vent we have previously owned... From our experience we would highly recommend that you get yourself one right away!

It is the second time I buy the same product, Victory Range Hood. It works excellent, very easy cleaning, easy to install and prompt customer service answer. Noise level is low. The price is better than other places around.

Range hood is very powerful and has eliminated the smoke alarms going off every time we cook a meal. Great value and great quality unit.
