I renovated my kitchen and installed the Victory Q2 hood fan. It works very well, easy to use and looks professional. It’s a great addition to our kitchen renovation!!

This is a nice fume hood. Wello built sturdy construction. Stainless parts were protected in shipping with an easily removed film. There was a couple of things that were not 100%. The exhaust duct flaps were tight in the exhaust housing making them stick. I was able to remove them and grind a 1/16" off the flaps. The other was the grounded electrical wire. It was mounted at the front of the range hood and was too short to reach the wall plug.

The other bone of contention wasn't the fume hood, it was the app for tracking the unit and UPS. I received three notifications that the fan was being delivered the NEXT DAY with a time frame for delivery. The first two notices were weeks before an actual delivery date. VERY frustrating.

Looks great. Knobs are solid and easy to work based on feel. (I'm tall and can't see the knobs unless I bend down, but I quickly learned how to use them without needing to see them, no bending required.) Suction is decent even at the lowest level and great at the second lowest. I haven't needed higher than that yet.

This is the second victory range hood we ordered. The first is in our original home and we ordered a similar one for a second home under construction. We have found the victory hood to perform well. It has both fan and light adjustments. In addition they look great. It was delivered approximately one month after ordering and was well packaged. First class product.
