The hood fan is now installed, with ceiling finishing still in progress, but the remote blower performance already stands out. Despite several unavoidable turns in the ducting due to as-built conditions, airflow remains strong and consistent. The system is remarkably quiet and far more effective than my previous 600 CFM hood. The large capture area handles heavy meat-, spice-, and fat-based cooking with ease, and the baffle filters clean effortlessly in the dishwasher. A high-performance solution for serious cooking.
